Examining the effects of trust in e-services adoption; Case study in Iran e-police bureaus

In the recent years, most organization provides citizens with e-services. One of the government and organizations concerns is the issues about lack of trust in this kind of providing service. The more organizations get close to become electronic based, this issue become more important. In this study we assess the role of trust in adoption of e-services and intention to use in the servicing part of police and Police + J ♦ bureaus in Tehran. Based on the provided previous models, the four main effective factors on intention to use are identified as disposition to trust, trust of the government, trust of the Internet and perceived risk. The results and model provided in this study showed that all variants disposition to trust, trust of the government, trust of the Internet and perceived risk will affect the intention to use. We expect that, with results and provided model in this research, many of governmental organizations like Police (Police + J ♦ bureaus) act more successfully to improve the citizensʹ trust in government.
