چكيده لاتين :
This research administered with the aim of investigates a model for promotion of organizational citizenship behavior through job attitudes, professional development, leadership support and empowerment among personnel of operational sections of steelmaker factories in Esfahan city. Statistical universe were the personnel of operational sections of above companies which from them, 242 persons selected with using convenience
sampling for answering to research scales. Research instruments were the organizational citizenship behavior scale, job attitudes scale, leadership support scale, professional development scale and empowerment scale. Data were analyzed with the use of structure equation modeling. Goodness of fit indices have not suitable condition for primary theoretical model in which there, leadership support, professional development and empowerment were exerted effects on organizational citizenship behavior through job attitudes. In other word, primary evidence showed that primary model must be revised. On the basis of modification indices, with adding two direct paths from professional development and empowerment to organization citizenship behavior, revised model, have suitable condition on the basis of fitting between research data with model. For revised model chi square was 1021,
P>0/05, GFI=0.998, CFI=0.999, RMSEA=0.03. Therefore on the basis of
revised model, professional development, leadership support and empowerment to exert effects on organizational citizenship behavior through job attitudes (i.e. indirectly) partially and two variables include professional development and empowerment also to exert effects on organizational citizenship behavior directly.
