This article investigates and analyzes problems in the organizational structure of Civil Servants Pension Fund in order to describe its impact on organizational communication. In simple words, the problem is about evaluating the relationship between organizational structure and effectiveness of communications and presenting the appropriate model for structure. The purpose of research is to understand the existing situation of organizational structure and its effect on organizational communication. In order that three main hypothesis and nine minor hypotheses are given. The independent variables of hypothesis are three dimensions of organizational structure consist of complexity, formalization and centralization. The dependent variable is communication. Evaluating the relationship between variables was performed at three levels of managers, managing vices and employees. In this article a descriptive survey research method was used. Each of the variables has been studied separately by descriptive statistics. In the end the results and suggestions to this has been providing.
