چكيده لاتين :
Performance of an organization and its personnel depends on many factors such as personal skill, organizational learning and innovation. These factors are related together and directly or indirectly effect on organizational performance. This paper is investigating and determines the relations between personal skills, organizational learning and innovation and also organizational performance in small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) of the markazi province. An exploratory correlation research design was employed to survey 131 mangers in small and medium size enterprises in the Markazi province. The collected survey data are used to test the relationships among the four dimensions expressed in the proposed structural equation model. This research finds that personal skill have positive relation whit organizational performance. It is also found that personal skill is positively related with organizational learning and is not related with organizational innovation. In the last suggestion of research has issued.
