چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this paper is assignment of relation between organizational structure of central libraries of public universities in Tehran city and their adaptation with learning organization characteristics. Structural dimensions are horizontal complexity, vertical complexity, formalization, centralization and professionalism. The survey method has been used in this research. Statistical population of research includes all employees with MA degree and higher in central libraries of public universities in Tehran city. The instrument of data gathering was a questionnaire that itʹs reliability achieved 86 with calculating alpha Chronbach coefficient. Findings indicate that horizontal differentiation and centralization is high in these libraries. On the other hand vertical differentiation and formalization is low in the libraries and finally they arenʹt professional and also they havenʹt the characteristics of learning organization. Achieved results of Spearman Correlation Test indicates that there is a negative significant relation between vertical differentiation, formalization and centralization with organizational learning that their correlation coefficient in order are -0.240, -0.302,-0.483. Also a direct significant relation was shown between professionalism and organizational learning that itʹs correlation coefficient is 0.612 but no significant relation was shown between horizontal complexity and organizational learning. Finally the results of Friedman Test indicate that centralization is the most important dimension among structural dimensions.
