چكيده لاتين :
Payment of compensation based on performance and evaluating ITS results is a controversial issue in personnel management context. In literature we can find many theories on this matter. This study aims to evaluate the results of compensation based on performance in a large Iranian manufacturing firm. Data includes output, money reward, labor productivity, energy productivity, useful life of the machinery, base wage, trainings, raw material quality and the time of maintenance. This data has been gathered from a 50 month work period of this firm and using simultaneously equations systems they have been analyzed. The results shows that the relationship between variables of the model does not match the expected results we hoped our model show.
