Nature of leased worships is prehension of fee by agent with accomplish of it. Viewpoint of the jurists is diverse in station of justification of prehension of fee with doing the worships because the existence of purpose of access and trueness in worships. Nevertheless, prehension of fee is impossible because it is not compatible with purpose of access. Our fundamental question in this article is that how this conflict is removed? Has prehension of fee with one worship adapted to worshipping of act or not? For answer to this question, firstly we tell and criticize the words that considered in this problem analytically, and after we survey the elected opinion.
