Usurpation and its effects

This article clarifies the concept of usurpation according to outstanding jurists, in Imamieh and Am-meh. In some verses of the Quran, the usurpers were promised to be punished. Within the article, we referred to the Prophetʹs words and Imams. We also expressed the rational reasons of the precept. Then we divided the usurpation into two aspects, duty signifies unlawfulness. And logic signifies sanctions. At the end, we analyze some related concepts.
