In this part, Sheikh-al-eslam Khooi Waqf library manuscripts are intro-

duced, which are kept in Namazi School of khoi. At first, the author has been described history of Sheikh-al-eslam Khooi library. Then he has been considered present situation of this library and remained manuscripts. Af¬ter that, he has been ordered the list of manuscripts, alphabetically. In this paper, bibliography and outward specifications of 68 manuscripts are pre¬sented.
