Global Political Economy and New Structure of Security in Persian Gulf.

With the end of the cold war and because of the centrality of global political economy system in the globalization era and itʹs role in new structuralisation of global and regional security based on global capitalism system, observing the elements of this system in new structure of security in Persian Gulf is essential and as a key element for understanding the changes we are observing in this direction. The United States which intermingled national and international security after 9/11 established and expanded itʹs presence in Persian Gulf according to itʹs proclaimed aim of war against terrorism. America, before all, tries to achieve the aims of global political economy system and new structuralizing of security in Persian Gulf adapted to these aimes. This essay introduces economic, safe and constant access to the oil and energy, expanding democracy from the top within the framework of great middle east plan, and encountering terrorism and itʹs supporters in the region with stabilizing and expanding of Americaʹs military presence as the basic factors of new structure of global political economy of security in Persian Gulf.
