Research and Decision Making; Research Requirements in Decision Making.

Course of development of human societies indicates more complexity of life dimensions of human life; so that decision making in todayʹs world seems more difficult and hazardous. Therefore decision - making process is defined as a level before decision in which, scientific - experimented power of the society, tries to help these decision makers with different analyses and tactics. This methodological development led to the worth and considerable efficiency of research centers, so that without their active and effective engagement, making comprehensive and reliable decision is hardly imaginable to open a way for future efforts. Thus the question of research centers place in decision -making process, is not a merely theoretical question, and has evident practical impacts which is considered in all political systems. In this article, beside analyzing the raising place of this necessity, and implying to the separation of decision making and decision, the author discusses the nature and works of special kinds of research centers - called strategic studies centers - and finally suggests applied principles for establishing and expanding of these institutes, in decision making arena.
