THE RELATION BETWEEN JUSTICE AND GOVERNMENT IN ANCIANT IRAN WITH EMPHASIS ON HISTORICAL INVESTIGATIONS IN HAKHAMANESHIAN LAW

Hakhamaneshian to compare with the global challengers concerned with justice more than anything else. This hypothesis come to serious study according to government rule, justice further than individual aspect to social aspects. This article emphasizes the issue which consider the area of public law in Hakhamaneshian period which analysis the social justice on discussion of government rule to inquire preparation and evolution of social justice. For this reason, to study the structure of Hakhamaneshian government with investigation of legitimacy basis and executing rules in aspect of citizenship rights will be necessary.
