Techniques and Backgrounds of Association in the Novel ʹDaʹ

In resistance literature, the novel, takes advantage of different and assorted forms, in a realistic atmosphere. It uses ʹflashbackʹ method to express the events of holy defense and show the bravery of Iranian heroes. Entanglement of the action of the novel with the feeling, sentiment and experience of the narrators, has made many events enter their minds under the influence of association before being expressed as a story. In ʹDaʹ- an impressive novel of resistance literature- the writer and the narrator, who are affected by the spiritual atmosphere of the story, take advantage of different techniques to create the novel. In this article, the author has paid special attention to the position and role of association in reminiscing events and reshaping them and has shown the principles governing its role, background and application.
