Basic Model of.DEA, calculate the relative efficiency for Decision Making Units ( DMUs). In thisarticle a method (or methods) is presented which by employing it, the amount of the existingcongestion in each input variable can be worked out. And we can. determine the increase in theamount of the discretionary outputs, if a specific amount should be added to the discretionary output of a decision making unit, provided that the efficiency will improve to a hypothetical level.This method will be employed for the determination of the congestion of human resources in thebranches of Bank Mellat Iran, and thus in case of requests for an increase in the human labor. theamounts of expectations for the increase in the output or the efficiency of branch will be calculated.
