بررسي عوامل اجتماعي - فرهنگي موثر در دستيابي زنان به مشاغل درجه يك و تخصصي در دانشگاه هاي علمي كاربردي شهر تهران

The study of social-cultural factorsʹ role on womenʹs access to top and specialized professions in scientific and applied universalities throughout Tehran.

This study was mainly aimed at scrutinizing the social-cultural factors highly effective on womenʹs access to top and specialized professions in Tehran scientific and applied universities. The theory contains neoclassic concepts, twofold work market, sex socialism and feministic concepts. The recipients attended include two groups. The first group includes instructors and deans working in mentioned universities and the second one includes employees. A number of 100 ones have been selected from each group to be under questions included based on Cochran formulae. The results have been studied in two descriptive and illustrative frameworks. The main variables are family responsibilities, the level of education and proficiency, job stability, sex education, male chauvinism and the level of studies. There has been seen meaningful difference between these two groups based on all mentioned variables but sex education. On the other hand, the variables mentioned above are all of influential importance in womenʹs access to top and specialized professions. By top and specialized professions, it is meant people teaching or managing at these centers.
