INDUSTRILIZATION STRATEGY AND ITS IMPACT ON STRENGTHENING THE COUNTRYʹS DEFENCE CAPABILITY

The contemporary history has encountered major changes. Just after the Word War II, we have been witnessing five revolution eras namely: nuclear, computer, space, genetic engineering and micro-electronics. Each one era containing important achievements and impact not inferior to that of Bronze, Rennaiscence and the Industrial revolutions. Those changes, worthy of attention, lasted for centuries, while the latter five revolution took place in the less than half century. The changes occured with such speed that has overtaken the human power of compatibility and has an impact on layers of all concept including that of national security. The concept is also effected by technologic changes. Its primary and most tangible impact would be development and production of modern weapons. Changes in this field because of the importance of weaponary and huge amount of spending for it was very quick but fundamental. During the cold war era in particular, various states, spent billions of dolars for modern weapons and the speed of this industry was such that any modern weapon, prior to reaching the production line was encountering opposite state neutralizing it by introducing its anti-weapon system in mass production. The case was known as the clash of thoughts as a result of which modern weapons with high technology, imposed new needs for national security of states, increasing war expenditure to such a level, that any action in its favour considered to be irrational. A glimpse at the factors of emergence of the industrial revolution during deferent periods of time, leads us to significant point. Infact the industrial revolution has taken place when human has taken advantage of his thought and capabilities properly, while, considering the fact that this revolution has taken place in a partcular states, in other words we are witnessing the fact that from the emergence point of view and development, there exist a certain geographical limitation, because the mentioned pecularities on an industrialized country, tells us that either the indutrial revolution or industrial development would be achieved within a certain condition. Never the less existance of an efficient scientific and technologic system is of major importance. A glimpse at the countries within which industrialization is achieved or those with a sound industrialization development are examples of this fact.
