National authority from the cultural values point of view

Throughout the history of the mankind cultural, values have always played an important role in the national authority of any nation, thus the article studies first, the theoretical principles of cultural values and national authority and then analyzes the impact of cultural values on national authority. The results out of this article indicate that cultural values like other physical elements of power generation, is an effective phenomenon on the collateral relations of states. Culture has always played a dual role - positive and negative - in national authority , and thus the politicians in a society should consider this dual cultural role more while regarding the cultural role and values in national authority.
