Designing the Epistemology Model of Decision in Strategic Management

The organizations would not achieve their goals and purposes without effective strategic decision makings. The necessary precondition for adopting strategic decision, is the existence and proper recognition of strategic issue. Exact recognition of the nature of issue could prepare the good ground for recognition and using appropriate mechanism. At this paper, first three models of engineering the pyramid model and strategic decisions, pyramid epistemology model and mental imagination plus applied model of pyramid understanding in strategic decisions for achieving the designing and formulating three dimensional model of understanding the issue of decision making and its architectural model have been described and based on these three models, the research plan has been formulated and guided. Three hypotheses of research are based on the dimensions of those models. After gathering the data from high and middle rank managers of under study organization, the hypotheses have been tested and final model of research has been introduced through analyzing the data and by using the analysis method of Varyans, Freedman and coherence coefficient of Pearson. Amongst the achievements of models, the scenario writing for foresight of strategic decisions could be mentioned.
