Designing Strategic Model of Cultural eity Map based on Islamic Values

A Model is displaying of any Phenomenon including an object, System or an idea with a format apart from phenomenon itself in which assist us in explaining, understanding and reforming its behavior. Such display could be a mathematical formula or a set of factors and indices. If we define the background of culture as the understandings system or in a more precise, as the software of mind, then the cultural map which is the factor for dynamism of cultural dimensions, and values or different approaches of a society based on a pattern, could not be delineated without a model. The main aim of this paper is introducing the cultural map for metropolitan Tehran based on Islamic values. The type of research is applied developing and the methodology is descriptive and case- background: This research with considering 63 of university lecturers in the field of sociology, experts, authorities and researchers in the field of culture and urban management as the statistical society was conducted. The concluded data was reviewed by SPSS software and comprehensive analysis of data was carried out by using of K square test and average test for proving the research hypoth-eses. And by comparison the statistical results of test with standard figures, the hypotheses of research were confirmed. This research is concentrated on the review of impacts of Islamic values in formulating a strategic model of cultural map for metropolitan Tehran.
