The Nature of Political Thought in Iran and the Role of Elites

The article examines the role of elites in Iran power politics and concludes that Iranian governments have always been depended on plitical personality rather than political elites. The author also explains the natue of political thought in Iran and comes to the conclusion that the character of Iranian political though is still pre-modern and medieval.
