The Experience of the Development in China: A Transition from Governmental Economy to Market Economy.

During of two decades (1980-1990s), China achieved a remarkable progress in economic areas and experienced a considerable increase in growth rate and economic indicators. This reality, which came as an astonishment to economic analysts, prepared ground for Chinese projection of a prosperous perspective for future economy. The new economic change in China has been due to, firstly, the outcome of the political power transfer from Mao to Deng Shya-O-Ping, secondly, reforms of economic structures based on market activity, free and open economy, and the guiding role of the government, while public ownership authority of the past in some fields remaining. The article also discusses the reasons of economic changes during two recent decades in China.
