U.S. Security-Strategy Doctrine after September Eleventh.

After September Eleventh incident, new security - strategic trends have evolved in international interactions. Now, strategy scholars believe that we are facing with an uni-multipolar system which has specific norms compared with cold war period. Post cold war period changed situation and brought about new circumstances such as assymmetric threats, worldwide terrorism and NBC attacks. The authorʹs argument in this article is how September Eleventh incident has brought about security-strategic implications in United States foreign policy as a hegemonic power.
