Effect of different N and P fertilizer levels on the yield of minitubers in Agria cultivar

Healthy plantlets of Agria cultivar produced in tissue culture Laboratory of Vilkij Company (Ardabil) were cultured in a green house. Produced minitubers were harvested after about 50 days. An experiment was conducted for determination of the best N and P fertilizer levels for cultivation of potato minitubers Agria cultivar in Agricultural Research Station of Islamic Azad University of Ardabil. Experimental design was factorial on the basis of three replicated RCBD that A factor had four level of pure N fertilizer (0, 100, 200 and 300 kg/ha) and B factor had four level of pure P fertilizer (0, 100, 200 and 300 kg/ha). In this experiment, the maximum tuber yield belonged to fertilizer levels of N100P200 with 29.2 ton/ha.
