A study of the high - school managers" Creativity and relationship with their effectiveness

This study has been carried out to identify and assess the creativity of high scool managers, and investigate its relationship with their effectiveness in Ardabil and Namin high schools. The research method was descriptive survey. In order to collect the data, a researcher mad questionnaire with 30 closed answer questions and a standard questionnaire for managerʹs creativity with 60 closed answer question were used. The ratio stratified sampling was used. The statistical population included 227 managers and 2280 teachers. Using modified Cochran formula the sample size was 87 and 261 respctively. Concerning the reliability of the questionnaires cronbachʹs Alphatest was utilized, a=0/88. The results showed that there is no significant difference between managers "creativity with their effectiveness in adaptation, integration and goal achievement. There is significant difference between managers creativity with their effectiveness in latency. There is significant difference regarding manaagerʹs creativity and their sex. There is no significant difference regarding managerʹs creativity and their field of study. There is no significant difference in managerʹs effectiveness regarding their sex and field of study.
