چكيده لاتين :
This study tries to investigate the relationship between the managers skills i.e. verbal, effective hearing, feedback skill and employees organizational commitment in Tehran rahboard Software Company. To do so the study, in addition to reviewing the available theories about the organizational communication, commitment and the characteristics of effective communication, has investigated the effect of managersʹ communicational skill in the organization. The research methodology was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all the employees in Tehran rahboard software which included 46 manager and 450 employee. Throught simple random sampling the statistical sample was 300 people. By the use of questionnaire and interview the data was collected and the reliability of %75 was obtained using cronbach alpha.
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between managerʹs communicational skills and their organizational commitment.
