The examination of learning organizations characteristics on a production system (a case study)

In this paper we have examined the characteristics of learning organizations on a production system. For this, first, we studied the characteristics of learning organizations with reviewing the existing theories. Then, we used a questioner for measuring the state of firm under study in terms of learning organizations characteristics. After determination the validity and reliability of questioner, data have been gathered and mean score of each character has been calculated. At the end, the firmʹs state has been inspected in terms of the characteristics using the Radar chart and some suggestions have been given to improve the firmʹs situation.
