چكيده لاتين :
One of the most problems in Iran is lowing of job commitment; speacialy at work places & within statfs. job commitment in the Iran Insurances& institutions is the very valuable & useful for promotion of productivity base of This problem & motivation at the space of work it is highly regardable that we can measuring level of job commitment and relation ship between job satisfacations in all of staffs. The main aim of This study is association between job commitment & job satisfacation during the work for promotion of Attitude and vision to work at the office In the Iran Insurance of east Azarbaijan. Methods & materials The population study is 157 staffs That we studied 55 case That selected Randomaly base Coocran sampling process. And we use from Likert scale for measuring constructs and concepts Then we arranged items and questiones in the questionnaire. Then computed all of data with spss. V. 11.5 we used descriptive statistics for qualitative and quantitative data Analysing for answering to hypothesis we used from Inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation, T-test & Anova Results. There are positive Correlation between job commitment & job satisfaction and job commitment level is medum.
