Design Model for University Student acceptance on basic Educational Department in Azad University

In recent years most of Islamic Azad University managers have faced with critical problems related to improper studentsʹ admission in different fields, while ignoring their own capacity, and keeping on a stand still fee in spite of increasing rate of inflation. Proposing to solve their financial problems. This research designed a model in two phases by means of correct number planning and respectively in two stages including explorative and experimental methods; then the model was performed in a real situation and evaluate with Lindo software. The outcome show that 10% profit boost in related university branch which preserves an important qualitative and quantitative function in university development.
