چكيده لاتين :
The main goal of this research is to Study the relationship between attributes of personnel role and their propensity to come off duty in Rafsanjan governmental offices. For this purpose, the attributes of employees were studied concerning these four components, role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload and role under load. Different aspects of personnel role and their propensity to come off duty in the society under research were studied and according Spearmanʹs correlation coefficient, the degree of correlation in different aspects of role attributes and the propensity to come off duty was studied. The achieved results Point out a meaningful relationship between aspects of attributes of personnel role and their propensity to come off duty
