Value added changes of industrial activities, because of economic- political policies, are a good index for diagnosis of industries structure situation. This article, using value added data of 23 industries in industry sector, analyses industrial structure and defines the competitiveness power of each industrial activities, and by common indexes like average index of structural changes and competitiveness power was developed for years 1374- 1384 solar. Finding resulted from structural analysis, shows that from studied industries with two digit codes of ISIC codes, production of other transportation systems, production of motor and truck transportation, production of paper and paper products, production of main metals, industries of raw material production and other non metal minerals had more added value than basic year. This means that they have shown positive structural changes. It also shows that in these years, among different industries groups, 2 digits ISIC groups category, refinery and nuclear fuels, production industries of materials and chemical products and basic metal production, with growth rates of 10.81, 7.49, and 5.49 percent had respectively highest amount ratio of competiveness index for labor.
