In this article, we state the definition and main factors of SCM, referent model of supply chain operation and its levels and then a case study in a sample production company regarding global model processes of SCORE will be studied. Then regarding the best SCOR global model performances, the gap between performances and its related processes will be identified and at last development projects will be specified and prioritized.
