Performance Evaluation of human resources, and presenting method for improving productivity is one of the most important issues that can increase the efficiency of an organization including a bank. The main purpose of this paper is ranking and evaluation performance of employees in central brunches of Industry and Mine Bank inl386. For this purpose, after ranking the bank branches by the none-parametric method of PCA1 determining and confirming the PCA model reliability, the results gained from ranking of this model were compared to results from taxonomy Model In this research, central brunches of industry and mine bank around the country, decision maker units (DMUs) are studies. Output indexes were including employeesʹ motivation indexes, feeling responsibility, creation and innovation, relation to others, individual performance, quality of work, skills and capabilities, order and discipline. Input indexes were number of employees, training hours, training and research cost.
