Identification and study of factors related to the organizational entrepreneur of independent organizational entrepreneurs and that of organizational ones in the industrial complex of the Firoozkouh town

Many of researchers and experts have named the today world as a age of continuity in which the past experiences and solutions are no longer helpful for the current and future problems of an organization. So we must think about new organizational solutions with new structures to produce services and goods at minimum cost with higher quality meeting the costumer needs- as it has conquered the world markets now. So if it is supposed to have a prosperous economy we need to establish successful companies in a competitive environment in which the need for employing capable and self sustained manpower who are full of creative morale would arise. This is because such people always have new ideas and thoughts in mind while they are continually engaged in creating new job methods. The current research in general is paying attention and giving importance to the organizational entrepreneur factor (variable) and organizational entrepreneurs as an engine for the growth and development of the organizations and communities. It also does the same action to that of similar items for industrial complex of the Firoozkouh town in particular aiming at identifying and investigating the factors related to the organizational entrepreneur of the independent organizational entrepreneurs and that of organizational ones in the industrial complex of Firoozkouh town. The research also attempts to answer the following question: What are the factors related to the organizational entrepreneur of the independent organizational entrepreneurs and organizational entrepreneurs in the industrial complex of Firoozkouh town? Therefore, we try to have a comprehensive review on the literature of the subject related to the organizational entrepreneur of the independent organizational entrepreneurs and that organizational ones out of the described statistical community. In this regard 192 persons among 325 number of people have answered to the research questionnaire. Then through gathering of the necessary information and data ( using the questionnaire) in the form of field and library studies as well as using the SPSS software to implement the related statistical tests they have addressed to the identification and investigation of the factors related to the organizational entrepreneur of the independent organizational entrepreneurs and organizational entrepreneurs. The research results by using the Spearman correlation test which has shown no meaningful relation with the organizational entrepreneur of the independent organizational entrepreneurs and that of the organizational ones concerning the individual and three organizational attributes. Finally while giving a conclusion and presenting the results of the research, the related suggestions as well as the similar studies would be followed accordingly.
