Preparation of model for evaluation of project management through combining the methods of BSC, MAUT and PMBOK standard

After one century from the emersion of the project management conception now we are facing with an extensive number of definitions, criteria, standards and creative methods. While applicable they are mainly aimed at the growth, fostering and evolution of project management. Along with the expansion of different methods and standards of project management, the issue of project management evaluation has got an important stance too. Often the evaluation methods are based on the standards and models for the project management. They are generally centered on the interior process of project management while paying less attention to the analysis of influential factors on the project execution process which in its turn it is regarded as one of its important weak-points. In this paper the Balanced Scored Card (BSC) method has been introduced as a new framework for project management evaluation. Also in the suggested model in addition to the utilization of the standard processes and areas, the PMBOK for determining the project management evaluation indices as well as the AHP and MAUT for improving the accuracy and simplicity of the evaluation have also been used.
