Prioritizing of the improvement projects resulted from the self evaluation Based on the EFQM model

Today the organizations have realized that if they want to achieve excellent they have to prior to any planning obtain information on their past condition. Through the self evaluation based on EFQM model they can identify their weakness and strengths. So in order to get optimum use out of the improvement opportunities they try to define some projects. Prioritizing and execution of improvement projects in order to help the organizations getting maximum outcomes out of their least amount of resources has led them to the issue of decision making. In this paper the group fuzzy decision making model which is a combination of LINMAP method, fuzzy theory, multi objective linear programming and group decision making has been presented with regard to the effective qualitative and quantitative criteria in order to prioritize the improvement projects. Finally to study the effectiveness validity of the suggested model, the results have been analyzed in a case study.
