چكيده لاتين :
In This research, effectiveness appraisal indexes of office automation system were concerned in six groups of economic, usability, safety, accuracy and correctness, fast and relevancy of received information by normal users of systems, and accordingly six hypothesizes were designed. The most important expected goal of this research was the effectiveness appraisal of OAS in Razavi Khorasan province headquarters which experimented in two dimensions of theoretical and applied goals described in the end of introduction. Using descriptive research method and survey, required data were gathered and for measuring them a questionnaire was designed and distributed to statistic population i.e. normal users of system. Then completed questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS software and two matters were resulted, the first was in the frame of research hypothesis test and the second was about indexes ranking and effectiveness dimension of OAS implementation. Analysis of data shows that OAS implementation in Razavi Khorasan Province headquarter causes economic capability increase, application, security, accuracy and authenticity, speed and relevance of output information received by users but indices of accuracy and authenticity, security, speed, capability of applying, relevance and economic capability of system information were respectively priority ranked. The end of research some proposals are offered for OAS effectiveness for implementation.
