Success Factors Study of Excelsior Companies

Optimizing is of great importance in present world. Determining effective quality factors for the excelsior companies has been the issue which organizations and research centers have been looking for it. In this study it has been tried to depict a pattern for excelsior companies so that other companies can keep themselves by using it. This research is based on three sections. The first section is defining and determining of excelsior companies in which using DEA initiated for determining excelsior companies and then for second step common and effective factors of success were studied and through theses common aspects excelsior companies were identified. Finally by Using Dimatel Model severity and relation type of these categories and success measure were determined and for defining the importance amount and rank of each category Kendal criterion was used.
