Training is one the most important causes and factors of improvement and development in an organization. The main purpose of this research is measuring managerial skills in levels of technical, human, and conceptual of operational and middle managers in TEHRAN PROVINCE Agricultural Jahad and relation diagnosis of affecting factors on these skills. Research method is descriptive correlation causal-comparison. Statistical population is all agricultural Jahad managers (N-96) from Tehran Province in which regarding number limitation of members, by using census of all population members, the data resulted from %88.5 of questionnaire were gathered and analyzed. Validity of questionnaire was reviewed and required modification executed. Reliability was between 87% and %92 for all parts of questionnaire by using SPSS software. Skill situation of agricultural Jahad Managers was measured in five levels of very weak, weak, medium, good and very good. Descriptive finding shows that technical, human and conceptual of most managers were in the average level. The result of correlation analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relation between variables of age, service record, the number of participation in training courses and managerial skills. The results of mean comparison show that there is a significant difference between human and conceptual skills (except technical) of operational and middle managers. Also, the finding of mean comparison test of correlated groups shows that there is a significant difference between present and ideal situation of technical, human and conceptual skills of managers.
