One of the indexes of measuring efficiency and development and growth, in the sector of communication is client satisfaction of governmental systems services. This study has been done in the form of sectional in the autumn of 1385. The population of this research is 1331 clients of Golestan Province Communication Company in different urban and village units. The data gathered by questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS software.
Research finding shows that the most effect of client tribute plan on employeesʹ performance is related to expedition in responding to clients requests. After that, improvement and modification of methods of work, raining programs for progressing the goals, improving intellectual systems, improving ethical and value fundamentals of job behaviors and improving control processes of work were from first to sixth priority. Average rank of client tribute plan for employeesʹ performance were higher than average level and people under study evaluate it as a sound plan. Considering the results, reviewing of client tribute theory content for provide people needs, promotion of familiarization and motivation of employees for their cooperation and participation for implementing the plan and deployment of suitable and efficient management seems necessary.
