Efficiency Rating by two Measurement Systems Combination of BSC and DEA

Common prior methods of performance appraisal chiefly focused on financial aspects and centered their measures on it But balanced scorecard Developed its measures on 4 perspectives of financial, processes, customer and learning and human resource growth, and subsequently sought for alignment between financial past result (past forward measures) and three other measures (feed forward measures). Efficiency measurement has ever been important issue and DEA models evaluates the capability amount of each decision maker unit ( DMU) for converting inputs to outputs in that this capability is called efficiency. In this paper, a combined model of DEA and BSC is offered in which inputs and outputs are extracted from balanced scorecard and also its application was studied for one of the Iran banksʹ supervision division, and its results were described in a table framework.
