Empowerment is considered nowadays as one of useful tools of employeeʹs quality promotion and increase of organizational effectiveness. Organizations, for achieving success in turbulent environment, need the knowledge, views, energy and creation of all employees either first line or top management Achieving this, organizations should proceed to empower employees for encouraging them to initiation without any force, caring collective interests of organization with least supervision, and act as organizationʹs partners. Empowerment, especially in virtual work surrounding, which members deprive face to face interactions, and have to act independently, is of great importance. It is also important in keeping inspirations and involvement of employees. It enables workers to be more flexible and resistant while facing problems and threats. Therefore, it can prevent, as a source of employeesʹ vulnerability and foster hope in critical condition. In this article, after empowerment definition, its requirement, causes of organization tendency, objectives, effective factors, premises, plans and barriers of employeesʹ empowerment are posed and at the end practical solutions for employeesʹ empowerment plus achieved results of its implementation is offered in frame of a model.
