The main purpose of this research is to study the effect of OJT on human resource development Statistic sample is 103 people from employees of Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch, 73 male and 30 female that were selected by method of simple random sampling. Research method is descriptive from the type of survey, the tool of information gathering is questionnaire, and close response by Likert spectrum of unique variable, and for analysis of data T test and variance analysis were used. Results show that OJT courses were effective on productivity, job satisfaction, job stability, and required preparation for doing the task. Finding also suggests that between effectiveness averages resulted from two women and men groups, a significant difference exist; and also between resulted averages in three groups with service background of 5-10 years (x = 73.79), 10-15 years (x = 71.50), and higher than 15 years (x = 66.56) the difference is observed, in which f test shows this difference significant.
