Consumer behavior is set of activities aimed at consumption and disposal of goods and services. In this article study of key points of consumer behavior, introduction of consumer analysis cycle, study of consumer mind structure on digital environment, and study of consumer communication behavior in digital environment are discussed. Diagnosis of consumer mind structure and effective factors in its forming affect on website designing, and consumer search process for promoting pay off rate of websites and encouraging consumer to purchase via them.
