چكيده لاتين :
Human resources are fundamental capitals and source of any change and innovation in organizations. Each individual needs to know its position for progress and goal achievement so that by recognition of his or her strength and weakness and his or her behavior, help the organization to attain its goals. The survival secret of organizations health and motivating and making eager the employees to work depend on existence of suitable human resource appraisal system. The main purpose of present research is to study the relation between employeeʹs performance appraisal method and human resource performance in Maskan bank. The statistical population is the total employees of Maskan bank in the Golestan province which their number is 140 persons. For selecting statistical sample, census method was used. The method of information gathering was library and field gathering methods and tools like questionnaire, documents were also used for monitoring information. Defining the validity, the content method and defining reliability cronbach method was used and the induction examination computed was 93%. Descriptive statistics and inference statistics (Chi2 spearman test) were used for analyzing data using SPSS. The result confirmed hypothesizes with the significance level of %95.
