چكيده لاتين :
In this study two methods including enrichment with fatty acids emulsion and dunaliella tertiolecta algae were used to enrich artemia urmiana nauplli. The growth and survival rate of nauplli was studied at 72 hours starvation period in + 4°Ccold incubation. In this case, after enrichment of nauplli in two methods, all samples including non enriched as a control group were taken into the + 4° C incubator. Then every 12 hours, growth rate and mortality were measured. The results showed that the size of nauplli enriched with fatty acids emulsion and algae were about 200 and 300 micron respectively. In addition incubation in +4° C stopped the growth of artemia nauplli completely and decreased metabolism in all samples. The artemia nauplli enriched with dunaliella algae were l00Mm longer than the nauplii enriched with fatty acids emulsions in the same time. The study of survival rate showed that in longer incubation time the mortality increased and the highest mortality occurred in enrichment with emulsion. According to the results, storing of enriched nauplli is not recommended for more than 24 hours.
