جايگاه عقل در مسيوليت اخلاقي زنان با تكيه به منابع روايي

در ظاهر برخي روايات، بهره مندي كامل زنان از موهبت عقل مورد ترديد قرار گرفته و اين سيوال اساسي را موجب گرديده كه آيا در انديشه معصومين (عليهم السلام) زن داراي نقيصه ذاتي در عقل است يا شرايط زمان و محيط تربيتي در اين خصوص تاثير دارد؟ از آنجا كه كمال عقل از جمله شرايط احراز مسيوليت اخلاقي شمرده شده است، موضوع از آن جهت براي زنان اهميت مي يابد كه شبهه بروز نقيصه عقلاني، مسيوليت اخلاقي ايشان را از اساس باطل مي سازد. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است با دسته بندي و تحليل دقيق خانواده احاديث در مورد عقل و نيز بررسي مجموعه آيات و روايات در اين خصوص و نيز بيان و نقد نظريات گوناگون در اين زمينه، نظريه جامعي درباره عقل و طبعاً مسيوليت اخلاقي ايشان ارايه شود. تبيين كامل مفهوم عقل و تحليل روايات معصومين (عليهم السلام) روشن مي سازد كه زنان در مسيله عقل تفاوت ذاتي با مردان ندارند و تاثير عوامل ديگري در اين موضوع قابل بررسي است. زن به حكم برخورداري از روح انساني، شرايط مسيوليت اخلاقي را دارد؛ هرچند بايد با درك ماموريت هاي ويژه خود و ايجاد توازن ميان نيروي تعقل و نعمت عاطفه و احساسات، شرايط را براي ايفاي كامل مسيوليت هاي خويش فراهم آورد.

Some Hadith on the surface do not seem to be very approval of women’s perfect enjoyment of wisdom and this has raised the question whether Imams (PBUH) believed that women have an inherent deficit in the intellect or training environment conditions as well as time ones have had an impact upon this belief. It becomes more important for women when the possession of the fullest sense of intellect is considered necessary to authenticate moral responsibility, because the intellectual deficit doubts in women make them morally irresponsible. This article tries to classify and analyze in detail the Quranic verses and Hadith on this issue by expressing different opinions in this regard to give a comprehensive theory about wisdom and moral responsibility. Full expression of intellect and the analysis of Imams (PBUH) make it clear that women are not different inherently from men and other factors are involved which can be discussed. Owing to their enjoyment of human spirit, women have the conditions to feel morally responsible. However they must understand their special missions and make a balance between their power of reason as well as their blessing of emotion to provide the conditions to fully perform their responsibilities.
