تبيين موقعيت ژيوپليتيكي شرق ايران در نظام هاي منطقه اي با محوريت خراسان

To clarify geopolitical position in east of Iran in regional systems with Khorasan as central point

موقعيت جغرافيايي يك مكان به طور بالقوه و بالفعل توان توليد قدرت و افزايش جايگاه آن در يك منطقه ي ژيوپليتيكي را داردكه بهره مندي از مزاياي ويژه ي آن در گرو درك صحيح اين جايگاهااز سوي سياست گذاران عرصه هاي مختلف ملي و منطقه اي است. كريدور ارتباطي شرق ايران با دارا بودن ظرفيت هاي ارتباطي، ژيوپليتيكي و امنيتي مي تواند به عنوان توليدكننده ي قدرت و نقطه ي ثقل سيستم منطقه اي مطرح و مورد توجه قرار بگيرد؛ نكته اي كه متاسفانه كمتر بدان پرداخته شده است. استان خراسان رضوي با داشتن مشهد به مثابه ي دومين كلان شهر ايران، بزرگ ترين شهر مذهبي كشور و دومين شهر مذهبي دنيا، به عنوان يكي از نقاط ثقل اصلي كريدور ارتباطي شرق ايران مطرح است و جايگاه غير قابل انكاري در افزايش وزن ژيوپليتيكي ايران و سازمان دهي سازمان منطقه اي مورد نظر دارد. اين مقاله با روش تحليلي- توصيفي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي در پي تبيين واقعيت هاي جغرافيايي و ظرفيت هاي ژيوپليتيكي كريدور شرقي كشور با محوريت مشهد در افزايش توان ملي و منطقه اي ايران در منطقه است. يافته هاي مقاله نشان دهنده ي اين مطلب است كه نظام منطقه اي مورد نظر در سه زيرسيستم امنيتي ، اقتصادي و ارتباطي قابليت طرح را دارد.

Geographical situation of a place is potentially and actually capable of creating power and develop a position in a geopolitical region. To benefit from this special position, needs right perceptions of this position by policy makers in different national and regional areas. Communication corridors of the east of Iran with communicative, geopolitical and security capability, can create power in region and become a central point in region. But unfortunately, this issue does not taking into consideration as it deserve. Khorasan Razavi Province with Mashhad as its center and the second metropolitan in Iran, and also the country greatest religious city and the second religious city in the world, as one of the main center point of communicative corridors of east of Iran has an undeniable position in expanding geopolitical place of Iran and organizing regional organization. The method of this paper is descriptive analysis and by using libraries resources, clarify the geographical facts and geopolitical potential of east corridor of Iran with Mashhad as center in expanding national and regional capability in region. Findings of this paper shows that regional systems can be take into consideration in security, economical and commutative systems.
