تحليل و تبيين مـولفه هاي فرهنگي خـراسان بزرگ و تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي در شمـال شرق ايـران

خراسان بزرگ خاستگاه ميراث فرهنگي، ميراث طبيعي، ميراث معنوي و حافظه ي تاريخي مشترك سرزمين هايي است كه امروز به واسطه ي وجود مرزهاي سياسي از هم جدا گرديده و به همين دليل سهم بزرگش در تمدن و فرهنگ بشري كمتر مورد توجه واقع مي شود. اين سرزمين بزرگ كه حدود آن از دامغان و سبزوار در غرب آغاز مي شد، تا بلخ و جيحون در شرق تداوم داشته و از شمال سيستان و غزني تا بخارا و مرو گسترش مي يافته، در عهد ساسانيان يكي از چهار ايالت اصلي ايران را تشكيل مي داده است. اكنون چهار استان در داخل مرزهاي سياسي ايران و چهار كشور از پنج كشور آسياي مركزي و كشور افغانستان را شامل مي شود كه اين نتيجه ي انقباض و انبساط تاريخي اين سرزمين كهن بوده است. امروز مشهود است كه مرزهاي سياسي نتوانسته هويت مشترك فرهنگي ساكنان آن را كاملا دگرگون كند و لذا شاهد تداوم ارزش ها و مولفه هاي فرهنگي كهن در منطقه هستيم. از سوي ديگر، وقتي مرزهاي سياسي و فرهنگي بر هم منطبق نباشند، مولفه هاي فرهنگي كه ازعوامل پيوند انسان ها هستند، از ديدگاه حكومت ها و گاه خود ملت ها و اقوام مي تواند سبب سوز يا سبب ساز تلقي گردند. به علاوه، اين وجوه مشترك مي تواند زمينه ارتقاي روابط فرهنگي، سياسي اقتصادي و در نهايت همگرايي منطقه اي كشورها را تسهيل نمايد. در عين حال مي تواند موجبات احساس نا امني در ملل و حكومت هاي منطقه را نيز فراهم كند. اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي مولفه هاي مشترك فرهنگي در ناحيه ي خراسان بزرگ و تاثير آن بر امنيت شمال شرق كشور، با استفاده از روش توصيفي، تحليلي و با مطالعه ي منابع كتابخانه اي انجام شده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد كه اين مولفه ها در امنيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران با شروطي تاثير مثبت داشته و در عصر ارتباطات و جهاني شدن مي تواند زمينه ي همبستگي و گسترش مبادلات اقتصادي، فرهنگي، سياسي و ارتقاي همگرايي منطقه اي را فراهم سازد.
