بررسي بيوسيستماتيكي جنسMicrotus (Mammalis:Rodentia) در استان قزوين

Biosystematic study of Microtus genus (Mammalia: Rodentia) in Qazvin province

در اين تحقيق از نقاط مختلف جغرافيايي استان قزوين تعداد 57 نمونه از ول‌ها (Microtus) به طور زنده جمع آوري گرديد. تمامي نمونه‌ها از نظر صفات مورفولوژي (پوشش موهاي بدن)، مورفومتري (طول بدن، دم، پاي عقب، گوش و وزن بدن)، بيومتري (اندازه شانزده صفت اسكلت جمجمه) وكاريولوژي(n2 FNa, FN,) مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل، با صفات مورفولوژي، مورفومتري، بيومتري و كاريولوژي نمونه‌هاي توپوتيپ و مقالات چاپ شده در اين خصوص مورد مقايسه قرار گرفت. به اين ترتيب پراكنش سه گونه ازجنس Microtus به نام‌هاي Microtus socialis و Microtus irani و Microtus arvalis در اين استان محرزگرديد.

In this study fifty five live samples of voles (Microtus) have been collected from various geographical regions in Qazvin province. All the samples have been studied in detail for morphological (Color of body skin) morphometrical (Length of body, Tail, Hind foot, Ear and Body weight), biometrical (Skull measurements) and karyological (2n, NF and NFa) characteristics. The gained results were compared with the morphological, morphometrical, biometrical and karyological characteristics topotype samples and other papers in this field. Therefore by performing the research in this province, distribution of three species of Microtus genus named Microtus socialis, Microtus irani and Microtus arvalis has been confirmed.
