Social Prevention of Crimes against Children in Additional Protocol of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (Concentrating on the purchase, prostitution, and pornography of children)

پروتكل اختياري كنوانسيون حقوق كودك درباره خريدوفروش، روسپيگري و هرزه‌نگاري كودكان كه در راستاي اجراي مقررات حقوق كودك در سال 2000 در مجمع عمومي سازمان ملل تصويب شده و از سال 2002 قدرت اجرايي پيدا كرده است، در راستاي كاهش جرايم مذكور، متضمن مقرراتي است كه مطالعه جرم‌شناختي اين پروتكل ظهور در اقدامات پيشگيرانه اجتماعي دارد. اين اقدامات از يك‌سو شناسايي عوامل خطر و از سوي ديگر حمايت‌هاي لازم در راستاي كاهش خطرات فوق را دربردارد. اين نوشتار درصدد است كه ضمن شناخت اجمالي مفهوم پيشگيري اجتماعي از منظر جرم‌شناختي، جلوه‌هاي پيشگيري اجتماعي را در پروتكل مذكور مورد بررسي و مداقه قرار دهد.

Enacted in 2000 (and applied in 2002) through the UN General Assembly, in order to implement the child law regulations, the optional protocol of the convention on the rights of the child about the purchase, prostitution, and the pornography of children involves some regulations which are criminologically considered as social prevention measures. Such measures include both the recognition of the risk factors and the necessary support to reduce such risks. In addition to recognition of the notion of social prevention at a glance from a criminological point of view, the article aims to analyze the aspects of social prevention in the protocol, as well.
